As the Foundation’s chief financial officer, Jason manages an investment portfolio of approximately $70 million and oversees accounting, fiscal and operations management.

Prior to joining NWHF in 2014, Jason worked for Capital Pacific Bank as a Portfolio Manager and Client Relations Officer, rising to a Senior Vice President overseeing a team addressing troubled companies and bank-owned real estate. Following that role, he championed new business initiatives, including mission-related financial products and strategic growth initiatives to further Capital Pacific's mission-related lending efforts.

Jason grew up in the small town of Jacksonville, Oregon and attended South Medford High School. He received a bachelor of science in business and finance with a minor in economics from the University of Montana.

Outside of his career, Jason co-founded a local non-profit focused on aiding orphanages that rescue children from the sex trade. He enjoys volunteering at the Portland Rescue Mission, fly fishing, and sharing his love of Oregon’s natural beauty with his two young daughters.
