As Programs Manager, Cleo helps guide Northwest Health Foundation’s different initiatives to build political power and advance health equity for Black, Indigenous, and other communities of color in Oregon and SW Washington.

Previously, Cleo served as Development Director at Partnership for Safety & Justice, where she raised funds to support policy advocacy, leadership development and campaigns centering people impacted by Oregon’s criminal legal system. She also worked in development at University of California, Los Angeles, advancing access for students of color and undocumented students and supporting women’s health and reproductive care initiatives.

Cleo graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a BA in Criminology and the University of Cambridge with an MPhil in Criminological Research.

Cleo has served as board member of Oregon Abuse Advocates & Survivors in Service (OAASIS) and board chair of the Asian Pacific American Network of Oregon (APANO).

Outside of work, Cleo enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, having dance parties at home, and cooking together as a family.
