Northwest Health Foundation, in partnership with CareOregon, Kaiser Permanente Northwest, Meyer Memorial Trust and the Oregon Community Foundation, is investing in efforts to support parent, family and community leadership and engagement to improve outcomes in early learning, education and healthcare for children by addressing change at the intersection of these sectors.
We intend the Impact Partnership Fund to support community-based organizations to create or strengthen efforts that have the potential to produce long-term change in early learning, education and healthcare. We’ll select organizations to receive multi-year grants through a competitive application process, with the potential for additional investments in policy and advocacy work. Funded projects must demonstrate that they fit our approach and intended outcomes. Organizations who are funded should reflect the diversity of our communities in their staff and leadership.
Representatives from the Health and Education Fund partnership will share information about our upcoming funding cycle, new grant opportunities and how to apply. Join us Wednesday March 21, 2018.
We will provide light snacks and refreshments; program will start promptly at 11:00 a.m.
After you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email with more details.
If you have questions about the event or would like to arrange any accommodations (transcription, interpretation, etc.) please send a message to email@example.com or dial 971.230.1293 by March 14th.
