We are honored to offer meeting rooms to Oregon and SW Washington-based community groups at no cost.
We know that community building happens in shared spaces. We are fortunate to have meeting spaces available at the Center for Philanthropy, and we're honored to offer them to nonprofit organizations serving our region.
RAMONA Room (Capacity: 24–60)
The Ramona Soto Rank Room is the main meeting room located on the third floor and seats up to 60 people theater-style, and up to 30 people classroom-style. The room includes A/V equipment, Mac or Windows PC with room webcam, wireless internet and conference calling. Software includes MS Office, Skype, GoToMeeting, web browsers. Coffee/tea/water is available upon request.

Arthur Room (Capacity: 14)
The Arthur Honeyman Room can seat 14 people comfortably around a conference table. The room is equipped with an 80" LCD, Mac or Windows PC with room webcam, wireless internet, and conference calling. Software includes MS Office, Skype, GoToMeeting, web browsers. Coffee/tea/water is available upon request.

The fine print
Our building, meeting rooms and restrooms are 100% wheelchair accessible. Meeting space use is limited to Oregon & SW Washington nonprofit organizations or nonprofit organizations serving this region. Rooms are available during normal business hours (9:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday) only. We do not provide any conference calling services; you must provide your own.
Availability. Meetings may be scheduled up to three months in advance. BEFORE you submit the Meeting Room Request form below, check availability of the Ramona Room & Arthur Room online first. Upon reservation confirmation, your organization must agree to the terms in our Meeting Room Policy.
Catering. Your organization is welcome to bring in food or have it catered. We have coffee and tea available at no cost, as well as dishes and silverware. If you need any assistance with catering information, the Operations Manager will be happy to assist you. You can contact her by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 503-220-1955.
Parking. The Foundation does not provide parking. We recommend parking on the street, at the pay lot at NW 2nd & Davis, or at the Old Town Smart Park at NW Naito Parkway and NW Davis. We are located one block west of the Old Town/Chinatown Max light rail stop and near many bus lines. Bike parking is available in the parking lot behind our building. There are several bike stalls available.
