After the exciting news about Eduardo Moreno's new role, Northwest Health Foundation (NWHF) is recruiting for an Executive Support & Operations Manager in our downtown Portland office.
The Executive Support & Operations Manager is responsible for providing general and administrative support for the President, coordinating materials and logistics for Board and committee meetings, coordinating the information flow for the Foundation, including communication between Foundation staff, Board of Directors and tenants. Additional duties include managing general office operations and community rooms; staffing Board and committee meetings; setting up and maintaining paper and electronic files; and tracking correspondence to ensure timely response.
The ideal candidate will be passionate and knowledgeable about supporting the President and the Foundation's mission to advance, support and promote health in Oregon and SW Washington; have excellent customer service, scheduling, communication and project management skills; work well in a team environment and have a strong commitment to advancing equity. They will have 5 or more years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
