As our Grants & Data Manager, Quinn leads grantmaking operations and manages data systems to support the Foundation’s programs. They are focused on creating grantmaking processes that a are welcoming and accessible for our grantees, and efficient and helpful for our team.

Prior to joining Northwest Health Foundation in October 2022, Quinn led the Grantmaking Operations team at Inatai Foundation and coordinated grantmaking operations at the Regional Arts & Culture Council. Before their work in grantmaking, Quinn worked in fund development, raising resources to support PHAME and Basic Rights Oregon.

Quinn grew up in Portland and received at BA in Theatre and Politics from Whitman College. They have previously served on a variety of community boards and committees, including the Multnomah County Library Advisory Board, the City Club of Portland Research Board and the Multnomah Youth Commission.

Outside of work, Quinn enjoys long walks, frequent naps, and beginning absurdly ambitious craft projects.
