As NWHF's Grant Administrator, Shannon Duff is responsible for working with staff and community partners to smoothly implement grant application and administration processes.

Prior to joining NWHF, Shannon worked in Washington D.C. as a Certification Services Manager for the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners, an accredited nonprofit organization dedicated to providing worldwide competency certification in the fields of cardiac rhythm device therapy and cardiac electrophysiology.

Shannon completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Oregon, majoring in International Relations with a focus on comparative development in Southeast Asia. A proud dual citizen of both the United States and the Philippines, she also serves on the board of directors for the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Oregon

Shannon was born in the Philippines, raised in Pendleton, OR, and now lives in St. Johns with her husband, cat and ten-year-old puppy. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, camping, and dreams of dusting off her PADI certification during her next overseas adventure.
