Shannon Duff
Grant Administrator

As Northwest Health Foundation’s Grant Administrator, Shannon works with staff and community partners to smoothly implement grant application processing. She often acts as a liaison between NWHF's program team and finance department and the public.

Prior to joining NWHF, Shannon worked in Washington D.C. as a certification services manager for the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners, an accredited nonprofit organization dedicated to providing worldwide competency certification in the fields of cardiac rhythm device therapy and cardiac electrophysiology.

Shannon completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Oregon, majoring in international relations with a focus on comparative development in Southeast Asia. A proud dual citizen of both the United States and the Philippines, she also serves as a board officer for the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Oregon

Shannon was born in the Philippines, raised in Pendleton, Oregon, and now lives in St. Johns where she owns a wine shop with her husband and helps coordinate the annual St. Johns Bizarre street festival. When she has free time, she enjoys going to farmers markets, watches Star Trek re-runs and dreams of dusting off her PADI certification during her next overseas adventure.
