Tia joined Northwest Health Foundation as a program coordinator in January 2026. In this role, she supports NWHF’s programs and initiatives and provides logistical support for convenings. She brings experience in project management and organizational development, supporting systems and relationships that help turn ideas into action and strengthen programs.

Prior to joining NWHF, Tia served as an executive assistant at the Regional Arts & Culture Council and as an organizational development specialist at Construct the Present. Her work has spanned nonprofit, arts and for-profit spaces, where she has supported teams through thoughtful coordination and capacity building.

Tia grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and earned a double major in Nonprofit and Community Studies and Community Arts. She currently serves as a board member at Momentum Alliance and volunteers as a reader with SMART Reading.

Outside of work, Tia enjoys reading, experimenting with new craft projects and finding new ways to get active.
